These shops were Maharashtra Medical, Mahavir Medical and Neminath Medical. The shops ran successfully for almost 3 decades and only after he felt that his locality now has many pharmacies and advanced hospitals around, that he decided to venture out in another field which at that time was highly opaque / fragmented and public at large was generally misguided. That was the “Jewellery space”, Shree Neminath Jewellers was thus born on 7th May 2000 from limited means. True to the intrinsic traits of its founder, Shree Neminath Jewellers over next one decade soon became a household name which stood for trust, excellence, transparency and quality. Shree Neminath Jewellers became a formidable brand for both modern and traditional Koli ornaments.

At the peak of the success of Shree Neminath Jewellers, its founder- Shri Sagrmal Ji Jain due to his childhood trait bent towards Spirituality & much like the Prince Siddharth, decided to hand over the reins of this venture to his Son – Shri Chintan Jain, in pursuit for higher ideals of life and to find the purpose of life. Shri Sagarmal ji Jain thus renounced his family, all worldly pleasures, a thriving business and became a monk, in other words a Sanyasi and left for Ashram located in the countryside of Mumbai. This was by far his life’s toughest decision and by no means an easy one. Before taking to Sanyas, he spent time with his son Chintan and detailed to him the significance of the name “Neminath”. Chintan thus learnt from his father that the name “Neminath “is the name of his Tirthankara, the family Deity and how this name must always be protected by virtues of trust, honesty, compassion and loyalty. Chintan imbibed these priceless virtues from his father.

Today Chintan is not only following the footsteps of his father but because of his humble and entrepreneurial nature has significantly expanded both the relationships with his clients and size of his business to a large extent. Chintan patiently and painstakingly explains the intricacies of the product & transparently shares its pricing as well with his clients, a business practise that is rather a rarity in present times. Chintan attributes his success as a blessing from his Deity, his parents and support from his wife, who firmly stood by him at all times.
